It hasn’t even been 24 hours and I’m already miserable. This is going to be harder than I thought. I went out with a friend, had lunch, distracted myself etc. But I still miss you.
Everything from sparkling water to the crinkle cut fries I ate, to the rainy weather made me think of you.
I miss you terribly, and I feel so alone.
You warned me that you wouldn’t have access to the internet until tomorrow, so I know you haven’t been MIA intentionally, but I still feel miserable.
I was supposed to clean my room and be productive today, but I ate crap and wallowed.
Are any of you in LDRs? Do they get easier? How do you cope in the early days?
Very cute!

You just get the hang of this misery and live like an eviscerated hermit; impatiently.

Not sure on whether it gets easier. I think with time you learn how to deal with it and becime better at the LDR.

LDRs are hard. Make sure you are doing what you need to do to keep yourself happy and healthy mentally. Communication is the key to a healthy relationship. Sending good vibes your way 🙂

Thanks Austin! I’m working on it, today has been better than yesterday, so I’m feeling more optimistic about it. And hey, 2 down 208 to go. 😛

Been there. Geez. I remember I cried every night because I missed him a lot.
Don’t worry though. You’ll be with him again. 🙂

This is definitely a part of the journey. Sometimes it will hurt badly. But you can do it.
I believe LDRs can work, it just takes effort. When i was in an LRD I felt smothered so I ended it. It has to be a balance. Thank you for sharing your story.
Please check out my article that was published by College Mate, about how to maintain a LDR

I would love your support and feedback, but it could help!
